Every correction we publish is listed here permanently, newest first: what changed, why, and when. Entries are never removed or rewritten, including when a record later gets a new version or is withdrawn.

When we correct a published record — including any change of grade — the entry appears here with a permanent reference number.
Corrections policy
We correct errors of fact, misread sources and outdated evidence when they are confirmed. A correction to an Evidence Card is made by approving a new version; the earlier version is kept unchanged and stays visible in the card's history.
Any change to a card's grade or transfer rating is entered in this ledger automatically when the new version is approved. Withdrawals are entered here too, with the reason.
